Description

Easy and delicious ham and cheese sliders layered with Swiss cheese on soft Hawaiian rolls, topped with a buttery poppy seed sauce, and baked to perfection.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls

  • ¾ lb sliced deli ham

  • 68 slices Swiss cheese

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.

  • Slice the rolls in half horizontally; place the bottoms in a baking dish.

  • Layer ham and cheese evenly.

  • Add the top halves of the rolls.

  • Mix butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and poppy seeds.

  • Brush the sauce on top of the rolls.

  • Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes.

  • Uncover and bake 5 more minutes until golden.

  • Cool slightly, slice, and serve.

Notes

  • Best served warm.
  • You can substitute turkey or different cheeses.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge up to 3 days.
