  • 1 (32-ounce) bag frozen diced potatoes, thawed
  • 1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 ½ cups diced ham
  • ½ cup crumbled cooked bacon
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9”x13” baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, mix soup, sour cream, melted butter, and seasonings.
  • Stir in potatoes, cheese, ham, bacon, and green onions until well coated.
  • Spread the mixture into the baking dish and bake for 45 minutes.
  • Top with extra cheese and bake for another 10 minutes until melted.
  • Let it rest for 5 minutes, then serve warm.

  • Slow Cooker Option: Mix ingredients, cook on low for 4 hours, and add cheese in the last 15 minutes.
