- 1 (32-ounce) bag frozen diced potatoes, thawed
- 1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 ½ cups diced ham
- ½ cup crumbled cooked bacon
- ¼ cup chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9”x13” baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix soup, sour cream, melted butter, and seasonings.
- Stir in potatoes, cheese, ham, bacon, and green onions until well coated.
- Spread the mixture into the baking dish and bake for 45 minutes.
- Top with extra cheese and bake for another 10 minutes until melted.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes, then serve warm.
