Description

These ham and cheese sliders are quick, cheesy, and packed with flavor! Perfect for parties, game days, or an easy family dinner, they are made with soft Hawaiian rolls, layers of ham and melted cheese, and topped with a delicious buttery glaze.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (12-count) Hawaiian rolls
  • ½ lb sliced ham
  • ½ lb sliced cheese (Swiss, cheddar, or provolone)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise (optional)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds (optional)
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Slice the rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half in the dish.
  • Layer ham and cheese over the rolls, then place the top half back on.
  • Whisk together melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, poppy seeds, and parsley.
  • Brush the buttery mixture over the rolls.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 5-10 more minutes until golden.
  • Let cool slightly, then serve warm.

Notes

  • Can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking.
  • Swap ham for turkey or roast beef for variety.
  • Serve with honey mustard or ranch for extra flavor.
