Instructions

 - Cook ground beef, onion, and garlic in a skillet until browned. Drain excess fat.
 - Mix beef with mushrooms, rice, spinach, veggies, soup, sour cream, water, and seasonings in a large bowl.
 - Spread the mixture into the baking dish, cover with foil, and bake for 40-45 minutes.
 - Uncover, sprinkle mozzarella cheese, and broil for 3 minutes until golden brown.
