Enjoy a refreshing, sweet, and tangy snack with these Healthy Sour Candied Frozen Grapes. Made with only three ingredients, they’re low in calories, easy to make, and perfect for curbing candy cravings without the sugar.

  • 4 cups green seedless grapes (cleaned and dried)
  • 1 cup granulated Monk Fruit sweetener (or alternatives like Stevia, Swerve, or Erythritol)
  • 2 limes (juiced)
  • 23 teaspoons citric acid (optional, for extra sourness)

Instructions

  • Prepare Grapes: Wash grapes thoroughly, pat them dry, and place them in a large bowl.
  • Add Lime Juice: Squeeze lime juice over grapes, toss well, and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  • Prepare Sweetener Mix: Combine monk fruit sweetener and citric acid (if using) in a medium bowl.
  • Coat Grapes: Roll each grape in the sweetener mixture until fully coated.
  • Freeze: Arrange coated grapes on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 2–3 hours until solid.
  • Store & Serve: Transfer to an airtight container and keep frozen. Enjoy straight from the freezer!
