Ingredients

500g beef sirloin or flank, thinly sliced

400g rice or egg noodles

4 tbsp hoisin sauce

2 tbsp soy sauce

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced

1 tbsp sesame oil (optional)

1 tbsp neutral oil

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

1 carrot, julienned

3 green onions, chopped

Instructions

Cook noodles according to package, rinse in cold water, and set aside.

Mix hoisin, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Marinate beef for 15 mins.

Stir-fry veggies in oil for 3–4 mins. Remove from pan.

Cook beef over high heat until browned, 5–7 mins.
