Ingredients
– 2 cups milk (can be whole, almond, or coconut)
– 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/4 cup sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or a sugar substitute)
Instructions
Making homemade fudgesicles with only 4 ingredients is as easy as following these simple steps:
1. Melt Chocolate: In a small saucepan, gently heat the chocolate chips over low heat, stirring continuously until melted. Remove from heat.
2. Combine Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, vanilla extract, and sweetener until well combined.
3. Mix It All Together: Pour the melted chocolate into the milk mixture. Stir until everything is fully incorporated and smooth.
4. Fill Molds: Carefully pour the chocolate mixture into fudgesicle molds, leaving a little space at the top to allow for expansion.
5. Insert Sticks: If your molds require sticks, insert them into each mold.
6. Freeze: Place the filled molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until solid.
7. Release Fudgesicles: To remove the fudgesicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds. Gently pull the fudgesicles out, being careful not to break them.
