Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
  • 13 oz kielbasa sausage, sliced
  • Cooked white rice (for serving)
  • Chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Make the Sauce: Mix honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Set aside two-thirds for later.
  • Marinate Shrimp: Coat shrimp with one-third of the sauce and marinate for at least 20 minutes.
  • Cook Broccoli: Heat 1 tbsp oil, sauté broccoli for 5 minutes, then set aside.
  • Cook Sausage & Shrimp: Brown kielbasa slices in 1 tbsp oil, then add shrimp and cook 1-2 minutes per side.
  • Combine & Simmer: Pour in the reserved sauce, simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened, then toss in broccoli.
  • Serve: Spoon over white rice, garnish with parsley, and enjoy!
