 - 1/3 cup soy sauce
 - 1 tbsp lemon juice
 - 1 tsp minced garlic
 - 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
 - 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
 - 2 tbsp olive oil
 - 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
 - 13 oz kielbasa sausage, sliced
 - Cooked white rice (for serving)
 - Chopped parsley (for garnish)
 
Instructions
- Make the Sauce: Mix honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Set aside two-thirds for later.
 - Marinate Shrimp: Coat shrimp with one-third of the sauce and marinate for at least 20 minutes.
 - Cook Broccoli: Heat 1 tbsp oil, sauté broccoli for 5 minutes, then set aside.
 - Cook Sausage & Shrimp: Brown kielbasa slices in 1 tbsp oil, then add shrimp and cook 1-2 minutes per side.
 - Combine & Simmer: Pour in the reserved sauce, simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened, then toss in broccoli.
 - Serve: Spoon over white rice, garnish with parsley, and enjoy!
