  • avocado oil,
  • honey,
  • sriracha sauce,
  • garlic,
  • salt,
  • pepper,
  • cayenne,
  • crushed red pepper,
  • zucchini,
  • summer squash,
  • carrots,
  • avocado,
  • rice/quinoa,
  • lime,
  • ranch dressing (optional).

Instructions

1. Sear chicken.

2. Mix sauce (honey, sriracha, garlic, spices).

3. Bake chicken & veggies at 400°F for 20 min.

4. Cube chicken, toss in reserved sauce, assemble bowls with grains, avocado, and lime.
