Description
Crispy, bite-sized salmon pieces tossed in a delicious hot honey glaze. Made in the air fryer or oven for a quick, healthy, and flavorful meal!
Ingredients
- Salmon: 1 ½ lbs, skin removed, cut into 1-inch cubes
- Seasoning: 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp kosher salt, ½ tsp black pepper
- Glaze: 3 tbsp unsalted butter, ¼ cup hot honey
- Garnish: Chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 390°F or oven to 400°F.
- Toss salmon with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook in air fryer for 9-10 minutes (or bake for 16 minutes, flipping halfway).
- Melt butter in a saucepan, stir in hot honey, and warm for 1 minute.
- Toss cooked salmon in the hot honey glaze.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, dust salmon with cornstarch before air frying.
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less hot honey.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
