Description

Ingredients

  • 30 sturdy tortilla chips
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 (15 oz) can sweet corn, drained
  • 1 (4 oz) can diced green chiles
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Arrange tortilla chips on the baking sheet, cup-side up.
  • Mix filling: In a bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella, egg, corn, green chiles, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Fill chips: Scoop 1 tablespoon of filling into each chip.
  • Top with Parmesan cheese for extra crispiness.
  • Bake for 13-15 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
  • Cool slightly and serve warm.

Notes
