- 1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped

 - ½ cup diced pepperoncini peppers
 - ⅔ cup grated Parmesan cheese

 - 2 tsp Italian seasoning
 - 1 tsp minced garlic
 - 1 tsp onion powder
 - ¼ tsp salt
 - 1 tsp black pepper
 - 1 tsp red chili flakes
 
 - Sandwich:
- 1 large Italian loaf
 - 6 slices each salami, capocollo, prosciutto
 - ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
 - 4 slices provolone cheese
 
 
Instructions
- Prepare the salad by mixing all salad ingredients in a large bowl. Toss the lettuce until well-coated and set aside.
 - Preheat the oven to 425°F. Slice the bread horizontally and sprinkle Parmesan on both sides.
 - Layer cured meats and provolone cheese on one bread half. Bake for 10 minutes until the cheese melts and bread crisps.
