			- 6 slices turkey or beef bacon, cooked and chopped
 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
 - ½ cup mayonnaise
 - ½ cup sour cream
 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 - 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
 - 4 jalapeños, diced (adjust spice level)
 - 1 tsp garlic powder
 - Optional: ½ cup panko breadcrumbs, chopped parsley or cilantro for garnish

Instructions
- Cook the bacon until crispy and chop into pieces. Reserve some for topping.
 - Dice the jalapeños, removing seeds for less heat if preferred.
 - In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, cheddar, and Monterey Jack cheeses. Mix well.
 - Fold in the cooked bacon and jalapeños, saving some for the topping.
 - Spread the mixture into an oven-safe dish and top with reserved bacon, jalapeños, and optional panko.
 - Bake at 350°F for 15–20 minutes, or until bubbly and golden. For a crispier top, broil for 2–3 minutes.
 - Let cool for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley or cilantro, and serve with chips, crackers, or veggies.

Notes
- Adjust the spice level by removing jalapeño seeds or using fewer jalapeños.
 - For a vegetarian version, omit the bacon and add smoked paprika.
 - You can make the dip ahead of time and bake just before serving.
