  • 6 slices turkey or beef bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 4 jalapeños, diced (adjust spice level)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Optional: ½ cup panko breadcrumbs, chopped parsley or cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook the bacon until crispy and chop into pieces. Reserve some for topping.
  • Dice the jalapeños, removing seeds for less heat if preferred.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, cheddar, and Monterey Jack cheeses. Mix well.
  • Fold in the cooked bacon and jalapeños, saving some for the topping.
  • Spread the mixture into an oven-safe dish and top with reserved bacon, jalapeños, and optional panko.
  • Bake at 350°F for 15–20 minutes, or until bubbly and golden. For a crispier top, broil for 2–3 minutes.
  • Let cool for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley or cilantro, and serve with chips, crackers, or veggies.

Notes

  • Adjust the spice level by removing jalapeño seeds or using fewer jalapeños.
  • For a vegetarian version, omit the bacon and add smoked paprika.
