			- 4 large eggs
 - 2 (5.3 oz) containers full-fat Greek yogurt
 - 1 large garlic clove, grated
 - Zest and juice of ½ lemon
 - ¼ cup unsalted butter
 - ½ tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
 - ½ tsp chili flakes
 - 1 tsp Aleppo pepper (or smoked paprika)
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
 - Toasted bread for serving
 
Instructions
- Melt butter with olive oil, chili flakes, and Aleppo pepper. Set aside.
 - Mix Greek yogurt with lemon juice, lemon zest, grated garlic, salt, and pepper.
 - Boil eggs for 6½ minutes, then transfer to an ice bath. Peel carefully.
 - Spread garlic yogurt on a plate, top with halved eggs, and drizzle chili butter.
 - Garnish with parsley and serve with toasted bread.
 
Notes
- Use poached eggs instead for a more traditional Cilbir style.
 - Adjust chili flakes based on spice preference.
 - Best enjoyed fresh but components can be prepped ahead.
