For the Steak:
- 2 ribeye steaks
- salt
- black pepper
- olive oil
For the Sauce:
- Butter
- minced garlic
- heavy cream
- Parmesan cheese
- Italian seasoning
- red pepper flakes (optional)
- fresh parsley
Instructions
- Season & Sear: Season steaks with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan and sear steaks for 4-5 minutes per side. Let them rest.
- Make the Sauce: In the same pan, melt butter, sauté garlic, then add cream, Parmesan, and seasoning. Simmer until thick.
- Combine & Serve: Return steaks to the pan, spoon sauce over them, and cook for 1-2 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use a meat thermometer for perfect doneness: 125°F (rare), 135°F (medium-rare), 145°F (medium).
- Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing to keep it juicy.
- For extra flavor, add sautéed mushrooms to the sauce.
