Ingredients
Crust:

1 ½ cups almond flour

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

Cheesecake Layer:

16 oz cream cheese, softened

¼ cup sour cream

½ cup heavy cream

1 ½ tsp vanilla extract

Topping:

1 tbsp cinnamon

2 tbsp granulated sugar substitute
Instructions

Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper.

Mix crust ingredients and press into the pan. Freeze while making filling.

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream, heavy cream, vanilla, and sweetener. Beat until fluffy.

Spread filling over crust.

Mix topping and sprinkle on top. Gently press down.

Freeze for at least 2 hours. Slice and serve.
