Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

3 tbsp soy sauce (or coconut aminos)

2 tbsp honey

1 tbsp vegetable oil

Juice of 1 lime

1 tsp minced garlic

1 tsp fresh cilantro, chopped

2 tbsp red bell pepper, finely chopped
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, oil, lime juice, garlic, cilantro, and bell pepper.

Add chicken and marinate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.

Preheat grill to high. Oil grates lightly.

Grill chicken for 6–8 minutes per side, until internal temp reaches 165°F (75°C).
