  • Optional: cherry tomatoes, pepperoncini, cucumber

Dressing Ingredients:

  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: pinch of dried oregano

Instructions
