Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch or 9-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix carrot cake mix, butter, and eggs until smooth.
- Pour batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool for 20 minutes before frosting.
- To make the frosting, chill a mixing bowl and whisk for 10 minutes. Whisk heavy cream until thick, then add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Whisk until stiff peaks form.
