Instructions
- Melt the chocolate mixture: Heat the heavy cream until it simmers, then pour over white chocolate and butter. Stir until smooth.
- Incorporate lemon flavor: Add lemon zest, lemon juice, and powdered sugar. Mix until thick and smooth. Add yellow food coloring if desired.
- Chill the mixture: Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Shape the truffles: Scoop out portions and roll into bite-sized balls. Coat with powdered sugar or shredded coconut.
- Final chill and serve: Refrigerate for another 30 minutes before serving.
