Description

This Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta is the perfect comfort meal, blending the bold flavors of a juicy cheeseburger with the creamy goodness of Alfredo pasta. Made with crispy bacon, seasoned ground beef, and a rich cheese sauce, this dish is incredibly indulgent yet easy to make in under 40 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz pasta (fettuccine or penne)
  • 1 lb ground beef (lean)
  • 6 slices turkey or beef bacon (crispy, chopped)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional for spice)

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.
  • Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat with olive oil, seasoning with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Drain excess grease and set aside.
  • Fry the bacon until crispy, then transfer to a paper towel-lined plate. Chop into small pieces.
  • Make the Alfredo sauce by cooking garlic in the same skillet, adding heavy cream, and slowly mixing in cheddar and Parmesan cheese until melted.
  • Combine everything by adding the cooked pasta, ground beef, and crispy bacon to the sauce. Stir well and adjust the consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
  • Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan and chopped parsley.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • For reheating, add a splash of milk or cream to maintain creaminess.
  • Swap beef for ground turkey or chicken for a lighter version.
  • Add mushrooms, spinach, or jalapeños for extra flavor.
