Description

Crispy baked fries topped with melted cheddar cheese, smoky bacon, and creamy ranch dressing. This easy loaded fries recipe is perfect for game nights, parties, or a delicious snack.


Ingredients

  • 16 oz frozen French fries
  • 810 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 12 oz bacon, diced and cooked
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake fries until crispy.
  • Cook diced bacon in a pan until crispy, then drain excess grease.
  • Once fries are golden, season with salt and pepper.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese, bacon, and green onions over fries.
  • Return to oven and bake for 3-5 minutes until cheese melts.
  • Drizzle with ranch dressing and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, bake fries on a wire rack.
  • Swap cheddar for mozzarella or pepper jack for different flavors.
