2 ripe mangoes, diced

1 small jalapeño, seeded and minced

Instructions

Peel and cube mangoes, place in a mixing bowl.

Add chopped red onion, minced jalapeño, and chopped cilantro.

Pour in lime juice, sprinkle salt, and mix gently.

Let rest in the fridge for 30 minutes to enhance flavor.
