 - 3–4 garlic cloves, minced
 - 1 tbsp butter
 - 1 lb chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
 - ½ tsp Italian seasoning
 - ½ tsp smoked paprika
 - ½ tsp garlic powder
 - ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
 - ½ tsp salt and pepper
 - 1 cup heavy cream
 - ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
 - ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
 - Fresh basil leaves (optional for garnish)
 
Instructions
- Boil pasta until al dente, reserving ½ cup of pasta water. Drain and set aside.
 - Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté onions for 2–3 minutes. Add garlic and butter, cooking for 30 seconds.
 - Add chicken, season with spices, and cook until golden and cooked through (3–5 minutes).
 - Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, pasta water, and sun-dried tomatoes. Let simmer for 3–4 minutes.
 - Toss in pasta, garnish with basil, and serve hot.
 
Notes
- For extra flavor, toast the sun-dried tomatoes before adding them to the sauce.
 - To lighten the recipe, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half.
