- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¾ cup grated parmesan cheese
- ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season the chicken with salt, black pepper, oregano, and red pepper flakes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté the garlic for 30 seconds, then deglaze with chicken broth.
- Lower the heat and add heavy cream, parmesan, sun-dried tomatoes, thyme, paprika, and onion powder. Stir until smooth.
- Return the chicken to the pan and simmer for 10-12 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot.

- Use fresh parmesan for the best sauce consistency.
- Adjust red pepper flakes for more or less heat.
