Marry Me Salmon is a quick and easy one-pan dish featuring tender, seared salmon in a creamy sun-dried tomato sauce with garlic, Parmesan, and fresh basil.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets, skin removed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp dried basil
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for sauce)
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • ⅓ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  • Season salmon fillets with salt, pepper, and spices.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear salmon for 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

  • Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, and spices. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until thickened.
  • Return salmon to the pan, spoon sauce over the fillets, and cook for 3-5 more minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot.

Notes

  • For a dairy-free version, use coconut milk and nutritional yeast.
