Marry Me Salmon is a quick and easy one-pan dish featuring tender, seared salmon in a creamy sun-dried tomato sauce with garlic, Parmesan, and fresh basil.

- 4 salmon fillets, skin removed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp dried basil
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for sauce)
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- ⅓ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup chicken broth
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tsp dried basil
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- ¼ tsp salt
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Season salmon fillets with salt, pepper, and spices.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear salmon for 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté garlic and sun-dried tomatoes for 1-2 minutes.
- Add chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits.
- Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, and spices. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until thickened.
- Return salmon to the pan, spoon sauce over the fillets, and cook for 3-5 more minutes.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot.
Notes
- For a dairy-free version, use coconut milk and nutritional yeast.
- Adjust red pepper flakes for spice level.
- Serve with pasta, rice, or roasted vegetables.
