Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
 - Mix mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
 - Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Spread the sauce evenly over the chicken.
 - Bake for 25–30 minutes, ensuring the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C). Broil for 2–3 minutes for a crispy topping, if desired.
 - Garnish with parsley and serve.
