- 1 lb spaghetti
- 1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 (24 oz) jars marinara sauce
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz ricotta cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook spaghetti 2 minutes less than package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the meat sauce: Sauté onion, then brown ground beef. Add garlic, marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 5-10 minutes.
- Make the cheese mixture: Mix cream cheese, ricotta, sour cream, Parmesan, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
- Assemble: Layer half of the spaghetti, spread the cheese mixture, add the remaining spaghetti, then top with meat sauce. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Rest & Serve: Let it sit for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
