 - 1 cup fresh cherries (for garnish)
 
Instructions
- Crumble the chocolate cake into small pieces and set aside.
 - Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until firm peaks form.
 - Layer the dessert cups: chocolate cake crumbs, whipped cream, cherry filling. Repeat.
 - Top with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and a whole cherry.
 - Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
