- 16 ounces (2 blocks) cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 16 whole Oreo cookies (for the base)
- ¾ cup crushed Oreos (for the filling and topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with 16 cupcake liners.
- Place one whole Oreo at the bottom of each liner.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until combined.
- Fold in ¾ cup of crushed Oreos.
- Spoon batter into liners, filling each about ¾ full.
- Sprinkle extra crushed Oreos on top.
- Bake for 14-16 minutes until set.
- Cool for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
