Description

These Mini Oreo Cheesecakes are a simple, creamy, and delicious dessert with a crunchy Oreo base and a smooth cheesecake filling. They require just 5 ingredients and are perfect for any occasion!


Ingredients

  • 16 ounces (2 blocks) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 16 whole Oreo cookies (for the base)
  • ¾ cup crushed Oreos (for the filling and topping)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with 16 cupcake liners.
  • Place one whole Oreo at the bottom of each liner.
  • In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  • Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until combined.
  • Fold in ¾ cup of crushed Oreos.
  • Spoon batter into liners, filling each about ¾ full.
  • Sprinkle extra crushed Oreos on top.
  • Bake for 14-16 minutes until set.
  • Cool for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes
