Description

These chewy, buttery M&M Easter Cookie Bars feature a graham cracker crust, layers of chocolate and butterscotch chips, and pastel Easter M&M’s. They’re easy to make, kid-friendly, and perfect for holiday celebrations.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup salted butter, melted
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups chocolate chips (semi-sweet or dark)
  • ½ cup quick oats
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup pastel M&M’s (Easter-themed)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Mix melted butter with graham cracker crumbs and press firmly into the pan.
  • Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
  • Sprinkle oats, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and M&M’s over the top.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown on the edges.
  • Let cool completely before slicing into bars.

Notes

  • Swap M&M’s for peanut butter chips or chopped nuts for variety.
