These chewy, buttery M&M Easter Cookie Bars feature a graham cracker crust, layers of chocolate and butterscotch chips, and pastel Easter M&M’s. They’re easy to make, kid-friendly, and perfect for holiday celebrations.

- ½ cup salted butter, melted
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups chocolate chips (semi-sweet or dark)
- ½ cup quick oats
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1 cup pastel M&M’s (Easter-themed)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Mix melted butter with graham cracker crumbs and press firmly into the pan.
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle oats, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and M&M’s over the top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown on the edges.
- Let cool completely before slicing into bars.
Notes
- Swap M&M’s for peanut butter chips or chopped nuts for variety.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days or freeze for 2 months.
