			- 1 lb ground beef
 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
 - ½ cup soy sauce (low-sodium)
 - ½ cup beef broth
 - 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
 - 3 tbsp brown sugar
 - 1 tsp ground ginger
 - ¼ tsp black pepper
 - ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
 - 8 oz linguine or spaghetti
 - 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water
 - 2 green onions, sliced
 
Instructions
- Cook linguine according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
 - Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up as it cooks.
 - Add garlic to the beef and sauté until fragrant.
 - In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, beef broth, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, ground ginger, and black pepper. Pour into the skillet.
 - Mix cornstarch with water and stir into the skillet. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
 - Toss in the cooked noodles, mixing until coated.
 - Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
