No-Bake Lemon Blueberry Dessert

Description

A refreshing, creamy no-bake dessert layered with buttery graham cracker crust, lemon pudding cream cheese filling, blueberry pie topping, and fluffy Cool Whip.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup granulated sugar

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant lemon pudding mix

  • 1 (21 oz) can blueberry pie filling

  • 1 (8 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

  • ½ cup reserved graham cracker crumbs (optional)


Instructions

  • Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into 13×9 dish and chill.

  • Beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Add lemon juice and milk.

  • Add pudding mix and beat until thick. Spread over crust.

  • Top with blueberry pie filling.

  • Spread whipped topping. Sprinkle reserved crumbs.

  • Chill for at least 2 hours or overnight.
