Ingredients

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 cup milk

1 (3.4 oz) package instant lemon pudding mix

1 (21 oz) can blueberry pie filling

1 (8 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

½ cup reserved graham cracker crumbs (optional)
Instructions

Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into 13×9 dish and chill.

Beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Add lemon juice and milk.

Add pudding mix and beat until thick. Spread over crust.

Top with blueberry pie filling.

Spread whipped topping. Sprinkle reserved crumbs.

Chill for at least 2 hours or overnight.
