No-Bake Lemon Blueberry Dessert

Description

A creamy, citrusy, and fruity dessert with layers of graham cracker crust, lemon cream filling, blueberry topping, and whipped cream. No oven required!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant lemon pudding mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 can (21 oz) blueberry pie filling
  • 8 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip)

Instructions

  • Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a 13×9-inch dish. Chill.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar, then add lemon juice, milk, and pudding mix. Spread over crust.
  • Gently spread blueberry pie filling over the lemon layer.
  • Top with whipped topping and extra graham cracker crumbs (optional).
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Chill overnight for the best texture.
  • Use fresh blueberries and a little sugar if you prefer a homemade fruit filling.
