- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant lemon pudding mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1 can (21 oz) blueberry pie filling
- 8 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip)
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a 13×9-inch dish. Chill.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar, then add lemon juice, milk, and pudding mix. Spread over crust.
- Gently spread blueberry pie filling over the lemon layer.
- Top with whipped topping and extra graham cracker crumbs (optional).
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

- Chill overnight for the best texture.
- Use fresh blueberries and a little sugar if you prefer a homemade fruit filling.
- Serve cold and garnish with lemon zest for extra flavor.
