Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups oat flour (made by blending rolled oats)
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil (optional)

Instructions

  • Warm peanut butter and maple syrup in a microwave for 40–60 seconds. Stir until smooth.
  • Gradually mix in oat flour until a thick, moldable dough forms.
  • Line a muffin pan with liners and press the dough into each cup to form a base.
  • Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil (if using) and pour over each base. Smooth the chocolate layer.
