Description

These no-bake pecan pie balls are the ultimate quick dessert, packed with toasted pecans, graham crackers, maple syrup, and dipped in smooth chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups pecans, toasted and finely chopped

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

  • ¼ cup bourbon or apple juice

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ½ cup chocolate chips, melted (for dipping)


Instructions

  • Toast pecans if not pre-toasted and chop finely.

  • Mix pecans, graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and salt in a bowl.

  • Add maple syrup, bourbon/apple juice, and vanilla. Stir to combine.

  • Form into 1-inch balls and place on parchment paper.

  • Chill in freezer for 30 minutes.

  • Dip in melted chocolate and let set.

  • Store in fridge in airtight container.
