- 1 lb elbow macaroni
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cans (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 2 cans (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1½ tbsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted water, draining 3 minutes before fully cooked. Set aside.
- Brown ground beef and onion in a large pot over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, and diced tomatoes.
- Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Let simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Stir in pasta and ½ cup of cheese, mixing well.
- Top with remaining cheese, cover, and let it melt. Serve hot.
