Ingredients
- For the Dough: Warm milk, active dry yeast, granulated sugar, egg, egg yolk, melted butter, all-purpose flour, salt
- For the Filling: Brown sugar, ground cinnamon, softened butter
- For the Icing: Cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, milk
Instructions
- Activate yeast in warm milk and sugar.
- Mix dough ingredients and knead until smooth. Let rise for 20 minutes.
- Roll dough, spread butter, and sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Roll into a log, slice into rolls, and let rise again.
- Bake at 350°F for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
- Prepare icing and spread over warm rolls.

- Use softened, not melted, butter for the best filling texture.
- Let the rolls cool slightly before frosting to prevent melting.
