			- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
 - 1 cup long-grain white rice
 - 2 cups chicken broth
 - 1 cup heavy cream
 - 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
 - 1 small onion, finely chopped
 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - Optional garnish: fresh parsley
 
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove and set aside.
 - In the same skillet, sauté the onion for 2-3 minutes until softened. Add garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
 - Stir in rice and toast for 2 minutes. Add chicken broth and heavy cream, mixing well.
 - Return the chicken to the skillet, cover, and simmer on low heat for 20-25 minutes until the rice is tender and chicken is fully cooked.
 - Stir in Parmesan cheese and adjust seasoning to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- For a nuttier flavor, toast the rice longer before adding liquid.
