Instructions
- Heat 2 inches of oil in a pot to 350°F and line a tray with paper towels.
- In a bowl, whisk buttermilk, egg, and hot sauce. In a separate bowl, combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, and cayenne.
- Coat pickle slices in the buttermilk mixture, then dredge in the flour mixture.
