  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (68 oz each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano (or Italian seasoning)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Lemon slices (optional)
  • Fresh parsley or cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Pat chicken breasts dry and pound to an even thickness.
  • Mix olive oil and seasonings, then rub evenly over chicken.
  • Place on a baking sheet and bake for 18-22 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
