Ingredients

  • 3 cups cauliflower florets (about 1 small head)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • ½ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C) or air fryer to 390°F (199°C).
  • Wash and dry the cauliflower florets.
  • In a bowl, toss florets with melted butter.
  • In a separate bowl, mix Parmesan, paprika, and black pepper. Sprinkle over cauliflower and toss to coat.
  • Spread florets in a single layer on a baking sheet or air fryer basket.
  • Oven: Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Air Fryer: Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
  • Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
