Description

These crispy, cheesy Parmesan Cauliflower Bites are the perfect low-carb, gluten-free snack or side dish. They are baked or air-fried, making them a healthier alternative to fried appetizers.


Ingredients

  • 1 small head of cauliflower (about 34 cups of florets)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • ¾ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) or air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
  • Cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  • Toss florets with melted butter until evenly coated.
  • In a separate bowl, mix Parmesan, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
  • Coat the cauliflower with the Parmesan mixture.
  • Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet or air fryer basket.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, or air fry for the same time.
  • Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, use almond flour in the coating.
