Description
These crispy, cheesy Parmesan Cauliflower Bites are the perfect low-carb, gluten-free snack or side dish. They are baked or air-fried, making them a healthier alternative to fried appetizers.

- 1 small head of cauliflower (about 3–4 cups of florets)
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- ¾ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) or air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
- Cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
- Toss florets with melted butter until evenly coated.
- In a separate bowl, mix Parmesan, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
- Coat the cauliflower with the Parmesan mixture.
- Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet or air fryer basket.
- Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, or air fry for the same time.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra crunch, use almond flour in the coating.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
