For the Chicken:

  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs (plain or Italian-seasoned)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

For the Potatoes:

  • 2 pounds red potatoes, quartered
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

For the Green Beans:

  • 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Prepare the potatoes by tossing them with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Parmesan. Roast for 10-15 minutes.
  • Coat the chicken with olive oil and minced garlic, then press it into the Parmesan and breadcrumb mixture.
  • Add the chicken to the sheet pan next to the potatoes.
  • Toss the green beans with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Add them to the sheet pan.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  • Optional: Broil for 3-5 minutes for extra crispiness.
  • Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
