For the Chicken:

- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

- ½ teaspoon black pepper
For the Potatoes:
- 2 pounds red potatoes, quartered
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
For the Green Beans:
- 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the potatoes by tossing them with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Parmesan. Roast for 10-15 minutes.
- Coat the chicken with olive oil and minced garlic, then press it into the Parmesan and breadcrumb mixture.
- Add the chicken to the sheet pan next to the potatoes.
- Toss the green beans with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Add them to the sheet pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Optional: Broil for 3-5 minutes for extra crispiness.
- Rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- Use chicken thighs instead of breasts for a juicier option.
- Swap green beans for asparagus or bell peppers for variety.
- To make it gluten-free, use gluten-free breadcrumbs.
