Ingredients

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup quick oats
Optional: 1/2 cup chocolate chips or chopped peanuts
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

Cream butter and both sugars until fluffy.

Mix in peanut butter, then eggs and vanilla.

In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.

Combine dry ingredients with wet mixture. Stir in oats and optional add-ins.
