A creamy, protein-rich frozen yogurt made with just 5 ingredients. This healthy dessert is easy to customize, dairy-free optional, and doesn’t require an ice cream maker.
Ingredients

1½ cups plain or vanilla yogurt (dairy or non-dairy)

½ cup milk of choice (almond, oat, coconut, or dairy)

⅓ cup natural peanut butter

2–4 tbsp sweetener of choice (maple syrup, honey, mashed banana, or dates)
Instructions

Whisk all ingredients until smooth.

Chill mixture (optional for better texture).

Ice Cream Maker: Churn according to manufacturer instructions.

Blender: Freeze mixture in cubes, then blend.

Manual Freeze: Freeze in container, stirring every 20–30 minutes.

- Use full-fat yogurt for the creamiest result.
- Sweetness will mellow once frozen—taste before freezing.
