Description

These no-bake pecan pie balls deliver all the cozy, caramelized flavor of classic pecan pie in a quick, bite-sized dessert. Perfect for holidays, parties, or anytime you need a sweet fix without turning on the oven.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups toasted pecans, finely chopped

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

  • ½ cup packed brown sugar

  • 3 tbsp maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp bourbon or apple juice

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • Optional: 1 tbsp coconut oil (for smoother chocolate)


Instructions

  • Toast pecans at 350°F for 8–10 minutes. Cool and finely chop.

  • In a bowl, mix chopped pecans, graham crumbs, brown sugar, and salt.

  • Add maple syrup, bourbon/apple juice, and vanilla. Mix to form dough.

  • Roll into 18–20 balls. Freeze for 30 minutes.

  • Melt chocolate with coconut oil in 30-sec intervals, stirring.

  • Dip balls into chocolate and chill until set. Serve and enjoy.

Notes

  • For non-alcoholic version, use apple juice instead of bourbon.
  • Use white or dark chocolate for variety.
  • Store in fridge for up to 7 days or freeze up to 3 months.
