These no-bake pecan pie balls deliver all the cozy, caramelized flavor of classic pecan pie in a quick, bite-sized dessert. Perfect for holidays, parties, or anytime you need a sweet fix without turning on the oven.
Ingredients

1 ½ cups toasted pecans, finely chopped

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

½ cup packed brown sugar

3 tbsp maple syrup

2 tbsp bourbon or apple juice

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Optional: 1 tbsp coconut oil (for smoother chocolate)
Instructions

Toast pecans at 350°F for 8–10 minutes. Cool and finely chop.

In a bowl, mix chopped pecans, graham crumbs, brown sugar, and salt.

Add maple syrup, bourbon/apple juice, and vanilla. Mix to form dough.

Roll into 18–20 balls. Freeze for 30 minutes.

Melt chocolate with coconut oil in 30-sec intervals, stirring.

Dip balls into chocolate and chill until set. Serve and enjoy.
Notes
- For non-alcoholic version, use apple juice instead of bourbon.
