Description

These Easter Bunny Dirt Cups are a quick and fun no-bake dessert made with chocolate pudding, crushed Oreos, and colorful Easter candy toppings. They are perfect for kids and adults, easy to make ahead, and a festive addition to any Easter celebration.

  • 1 package (14 oz) Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 2 packs (3.9 oz each) chocolate Jello pudding mix
  • 4 cups cold milk
  • 1 pack PEEPS bunny marshmallows
  • 1 cup edible candy grass (or shredded coconut dyed green)
  • 1 cup jelly beans or chocolate eggs
  • 12 small plastic cups (5 oz each)

Instructions

  • Crush Oreos in a food processor or a zip-top bag using a rolling pin.
  • Prepare pudding by whisking pudding mix and cold milk until thickened, then let sit for 5 minutes.
  • Assemble the cups by layering crushed Oreos, pudding, and another layer of Oreos.
  • Decorate with a PEEPS bunny in the center, edible grass, and jelly beans or chocolate eggs.
  • Chill for 30 minutes before serving for the best texture.

  • For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free chocolate cookies.
  • To make it healthier, use sugar-free pudding and reduced-sugar Oreos.
