- 2 packs (3.9 oz each) chocolate Jello pudding mix
- 4 cups cold milk
- 1 pack PEEPS bunny marshmallows
- 1 cup edible candy grass (or shredded coconut dyed green)
- 1 cup jelly beans or chocolate eggs
- 12 small plastic cups (5 oz each)
Instructions
- Crush Oreos in a food processor or a zip-top bag using a rolling pin.
- Prepare pudding by whisking pudding mix and cold milk until thickened, then let sit for 5 minutes.
- Assemble the cups by layering crushed Oreos, pudding, and another layer of Oreos.
- Decorate with a PEEPS bunny in the center, edible grass, and jelly beans or chocolate eggs.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving for the best texture.

- To make it healthier, use sugar-free pudding and reduced-sugar Oreos.
