Make these colorful and delicious Peeps Sugar Cookie Bars in under an hour! Perfect for Easter gatherings and spring celebrations.
Ingredients
- Sugar Cookie Dough (16.5 oz tube): Pre-made, found in the refrigerated section of grocery stores.
- Peeps Marshmallows (8–10): Various pastel colors for beautiful swirls.
- Non-Stick Spray: For preparing the baking dish, spatula, and knife.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and coat an 8×8 inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
- Press half of the sugar cookie dough evenly into the baking dish.
- Place Peeps on top of the dough, distributing them randomly.
- Break the remaining dough into chunks and scatter over the Peeps.
- Bake for 8 minutes. Remove from the oven and gently swirl the Peeps using a greased spatula.
- Return to the oven and bake for another 12 minutes, or until the dough is golden.
- Let cool completely, then refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Cut into squares with a greased knife and enjoy!

- To make them gluten-free, use gluten-free sugar cookie dough.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or refrigerate for up to 1 week.
