Description

This Pizza Grilled Cheese is a delicious twist on a classic sandwich, combining melty mozzarella, garlic butter, and turkey pepperoni for a quick and easy comfort meal.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened

  • 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning

  • 8 slices white bread

  • 12 slices mozzarella cheese

  • 6 oz turkey pepperoni

  • Warm pizza sauce (for dipping)


Instructions

  • Mix butter, parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.

  • Spread mixture on one side of each bread slice.

  • Assemble sandwich: bread (buttered side out), mozzarella, pepperoni, mozzarella, pepperoni, mozzarella, top bread.

  • Cook on medium-low in a skillet, covered, for 3–5 minutes each side until golden and cheese is melted.

  • Serve hot with warm pizza sauce.
